ROOF AND GUTTER SILICONE SEALANT

DESCRIPTION

LOTFIX C16 is an one-component neutral cure roof and gutter silicone sealant, it is waterproof and weather resistant, it has excellent adhesion for common construction materials and  provides long-term use because it does not cause corrosion in bare metals.

SHELF LIFE

12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C to +25°C, keep away from direct sunlight.

LIMITATIONS

•  Not for fireproofing seal system.

•  Not suitable for structural applications.

•  Not suitable for construction of aquarium or in areas of permanent immersion.

•  Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50°C or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.

•  Not intended for food-contact applications.
