DESCRIPTION

LOTFIX IG188  is a two-component neutral cure insulating-glass silicone sealant, specifically designed for installation and fixation of insulating-glass. It's high modulus and high strength to meet the assembly requirements of insulating-glass. Excellent weather resistance, high temperature resistance and good adhesion.

Part A: 190L (Iron drum)

Part B: 19L (Plastic drum)

Standard Colors: Part A is white and Part B is black. It is black after mixture.

SHELF LIFE

12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C to +25°C, keep away from direct sunlight.


LIMITATIONS

•  Can not be used in structural adhesion.

•  Not suitable for the surface of materials that may exude oil and fat, plasticizer or solvent.

•  Not suitable for closed places because the sealant should absorb the moisture in the air for solidification.

•  Not suitable for frosting or wet surface.

•  Not suitable for continuous water soaking places or places that are wet all the year round.

•  Construction should not be carried out in case the surface temperature of the materials is under 4℃ or over 40℃.
