TWO PARTS STRUCTURAL SILICONE SEALANT

DESCRIPTION

LOTFIX SG199 is a two-component neutral cure structural silicone sealant, high in strength, capable of bearing large loads, and resistant to aging, fatigue, and corrosion, and have stable performance within the expected lifespan. They are suitable for adhesives that withstand the bonding of structural parts, and can partially replace traditional connection forms such as welding, riveting and bolting.

USES

•  For structural glazing in glass,stone(marble,granite),aluminum curtain wall,glass roof and metal structure engineering.

•  As a secondary edge adhesive sealant.

PACKAGING & COLORS

Part A: 190L (Iron drum)

Part B: 19L (Plastic drum)

Standard Colors: Part A is white and Part B is black. It is black after mixture.

SHELF LIFE

12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C to +25°C, keep away from direct sunlight.

LIMITATIONS

•  Unsuitable for all kinds of material that can effuse grease, plasticizer or solvent.

•  Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface.

•  Unsuitable for the continually soggy or moist place.

•  Cannot be used if the temperature is below 4℃ or above 40℃ on the surface of the materials.
