WEATHERPROOF SILICONE SEALANT

DESCRIPTION

LOTFIX C12 is an one-component neutral cure weatherproof silicone sealant, it has excellent resistance to outdoor weathering, vibration, temperature extremes, and strong weatherproof seal on most common building materials like curtain wall, glass, aluminum, steels, bricks and concretes etc.

USES

•  For general glazing and weather sealing in curtain walls or building façades.

SHELF LIFE

12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C to +25°C, keep away from direct sunlight.

LIMITATIONS

•  Not suitable for structural applications.

•  Not suitable for construction of aquarium or in areas of permanent immersion.

•  Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50°C or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.

•  Not intended for food-contact applications.
