BUILDING SILICONE SEALANT

DESCRIPTION

LOTFIX C13 is an one-component high quality 100% neutral cure building silicone sealant, it provides a permanent flexible, durable, weather sealing for applications in buildings. Also it has excellent weather resistance and excellent adhesion to most building substrates like glass, ceramic, aluminum and steels etc.

SHELF LIFE

12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions between +5°C to +25°C, keep away from direct sunlight.

LIMITATIONS

•  Not suitable for structural applications.

•  Not suitable for construction of aquarium or in areas of permanent immersion.

•  Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50°C or surfaces that are wet, oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.

•  Not intended for food-contact applications.
